Candice Chow 周 志 㯋

Dr. Candice Chow is the Program Director of The Foresight Lab and an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. She is also the Co-founder and Managing Director of Elevae Strategic Advisory – a values-based advisory firm that promotes a holistic approach to strategic management including values-infused strategic foresight competence.
Prior to becoming a full-time academic in 2019, Candice held various senior management positions cross-continents for over twenty-five years. She earned her DBA at the Henley Business School, UK and received an MBA at the Ivey School of Business, Western University, Canada. Her vocational interests focus on experiential learning and enhancing leadership competencies in students and management professionals. Her research explores the intersection of strategic leadership, values, foresight and governance.
A graduate of the Directors’ College, McMaster University, she also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering at the Imperial College, UK.
Henry Chow 周行健
MBA MPhil BSc APM
Henry is the founder of PPA, an independent project consultancy, combining over three decades of experience to develop an AI-driven data management platform for the construction industry.
Henry graduated from the University of Bath in 1996 and pursued an MPhil in Urban Development. He led research projects at the university and lectured in Computer-Aided and Digital Design to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
In 2004, Henry transitioned to the private sector as a systems specialist, designing simulation and training systems for aerospace and defense, specializing on visual systems and real-time graphics.
Taking a sabbatical between 2011 and 2012, Henry earned an MBA from Cranfield University, majored in entrepreneurship, financial management, and project management. After graduation, he led a global Information Security program at Spectris Plc before joining Holovis in 2014, where he later relocated to Abu Dhabi as General Manager.
In 2024, he established a consultancy practice in pursuit of technological innovation in the domain of AI and construction management.
